1. I acknowledge receipt of Prospectus of GLOBAL INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES & certify that I have read & understand all the provision there in.

2. I here by certify that all the particulars stated by me in this application are true to the best of my knowledge & belief. I understand that my admission is liable to be cancelled if I suppress or distrot any information furnished in my application.

3. I certify that I am qualified for the course as indicated in the prospectus for admission & will provide the original certificate asked for.

4. Understand that the Institute has the right to add/delete/change the syllabi, course structure., rules & regulations as and when required as per change in environment.

5. I understand that the Fees once paid will NOT be refunded in any circumstances.
